This polyclonal reagent targets RASIP1 (Ras Interacting Protein 1), a Ras effector protein implicated in endothelial signaling, vascular morphogenesis, and angiogenesis. Produced in rabbit hosts and supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot detection in human and rat samples. Distributed by Antibodies.com, the reagent is formulated for direct dilution into standard immunoblotting workflows.

RASIP1 functions as a modulator of Rho GTPase activity and cytoskeletal remodeling, with documented roles in directed cell migration, cell-cell adhesion, and blood vessel lumen formation. Investigators studying cardiovascular development, tumor neovascularization, or endothelial barrier function commonly employ this reagent to probe endogenous RASIP1 expression in lysates from cultured endothelial cells, vascular tissue, or relevant model systems. Verified reactivity is reported for human and rat, while signal in other species has not been confirmed in our validation studies.

The polyclonal format offers recognition of multiple epitopes on the RASIP1 target, supporting robust signal generation on Western blot membranes. Store refrigerated to preserve antibody activity across the stated shelf life, and aliquot on first thaw to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the working stock.
