Ras Interacting Protein 1 (RASIP1) is an endothelial-enriched Ras effector that regulates Rho GTPase signaling, cytoskeletal remodeling, and cell migration during angiogenesis and vascular development. This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated to detect endogenous RASIP1 in human and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG is formulated at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

Intended for Western blot (WB) workflows, the reagent supports studies of vascular biology, endothelial barrier integrity, and developmental angiogenesis in cell and tissue lysates. Supplied as 100 µL in a vial, the antibody enables multiple blotting experiments when working aliquots are prepared and stored refrigerated to limit freeze-thaw exposure. Sodium azide in the buffer acts as a microbial preservative for the liquid formulation. Research use only.
