RASGRP4 (RAS guanyl-releasing protein 4) is a calcium- and diacylglycerol-regulated guanine nucleotide exchange factor that activates Ras and Rap GTPases in hematopoietic lineages, with predominant expression in neutrophils, mast cells, and other myeloid precursors where it couples immune receptor stimulation to downstream MAPK signaling. The polyclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit against the human RASGRP4 protein and is provided as an unconjugated reagent for research use only.

Each vial contains 100 µl of liquid antiserum, validated for western blot detection of endogenous RASGRP4 in human cell lysates, immunohistochemistry on both formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded and frozen tissue sections, and immunofluorescence staining of cultured human cells. As a polyclonal reagent, the antibody recognizes multiple epitopes across the RASGRP4 protein, which can improve signal recovery in immunohistochemistry where formalin-induced antigen masking is a common limitation. Reactivity has been confirmed on human samples, supporting studies of innate immunity, mast cell activation, neutrophil development, leukocyte signaling, and Ras/MAPK pathway biology.

For best preservation of activity, store the reagent at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles; refrigerated short-term storage at 4 °C is suitable for active working dilutions. The reagent is supplied as a research-grade preparation and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
