Anti-RASGRP1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to RASGRP1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with reactivity reported against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 598–797 of human RASGRP1 (NP_005730.2). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a stated molecular weight of 90 kDa.

Validation data include Western blot analysis of THP-1 cell extracts and immunofluorescence images from A-549, C6, and NIH/3T3 cells. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and on receipt should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
