Anti-RASAL1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against RASAL1 (also known as RasGAP-activating-like protein 1, RASAL, and GTPase-activating-like) and is supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated IgG at a concentration of 1.2 mg/mL. The antibody is formulated in pH 7.4 PBS containing 0.05% NaN3 and 40% glycerol, and was generated using a fusion protein corresponding to residues near the N-terminus of human RAS protein activator-like 1 (GAP1-like) as the immunogen. It is affinity-purified by antigen chromatography and validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human samples, with recommended starting dilutions of 1:200–1:1000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for IHC; the reagent detects endogenous levels of total RASAL1 protein. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
