Anti-Ras (H27) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody (clone designation H27) is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of human Ras and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous levels of total K-Ras, H-Ras and N-Ras proteins in human, mouse and rat samples, with an expected band at approximately 21 kDa.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
