Anti-RARRES2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against RARRES2 (also known as tazarotene-induced gene 2, or TIG2), a retinoic acid receptor responder protein that has been implicated as a growth regulator mediating the growth-suppressive effects of retinoids. The immunogen is recombinant full-length human RARRES2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of RARRES2 protein in human and mouse samples.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF). The predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 18 kDa, and the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
