Anti-RARRES2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against RARRES2 (also known as TIG2, retinoic acid receptor responder protein 2, or tazarotene-induced gene 2 protein) and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of the target by Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — recombinant full-length human RARRES2 — and is supplied as an unconjugated, ready-to-use reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with a reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the detected band is approximately 18 kDa. Reactivity has been validated on human and mouse samples, and the reagent is offered in a 50 µl size suitable for Western blot at typical working dilutions.
