Anti-RARG Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises Retinoic Acid Receptor gamma (RARG). It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 144–223 of human RARG (NP_000957.1), and the target protein runs at 55 kDa.

The reagent has been validated for Western blot and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples; the recommended working dilution is 1:500–1:1,000. It is purified by affinity chromatography and shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
