It is presented as an unconjugated polyclonal antiserum at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
