Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence detection of Retinoic Acid Receptor Alpha (RARA), this unconjugated polyclonal reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was raised in rabbit and recognizes endogenous RARA in human, mouse, and rat samples.

Each vial contains a 100 µl liquid aliquot suitable for multiple staining and blotting experiments. RARA is a nuclear hormone receptor that mediates transcriptional responses to retinoic acid and is widely investigated in models of hematopoiesis, myeloid differentiation, and acute promyelocytic leukemia. Polyclonal reactivity across three species makes the reagent useful for comparative studies in cell culture and fixed tissue sections. Glycerol in the formulation acts as a cryoprotectant; aliquot on receipt and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity.

Sodium azide is included as a preservative; handle with appropriate laboratory safety practices. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
