Anti-RARA Antibody

This polyclonal rabbit antibody targets the retinoic acid receptor alpha (RARA), a ligand-dependent nuclear transcription factor that mediates cellular responses to retinoic acid and regulates genes controlling hematopoiesis, myeloid differentiation, and embryonic morphogenesis. The reagent is supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated IgG, validated for Western blot detection of the human receptor and useful for studies of acute promyelocytic leukemia biology, where the PML-RARA fusion drives aberrant transcriptional repression.
