Anti-RAPSN Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting RAPSN, offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody is unconjugated and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against recombinant full length Human RAPSN and detects endogenous levels of RAPSN protein, a target with a molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa. Alternative names recorded for the protein include 43 kDa postsynaptic protein, 43 kDa receptor-associated protein of the synapse, acetylcholine receptor-associated 43 kDa protein, and RING finger protein 205 (RNF205).

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen and exhibits a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody is of the IgG isotype.
