Anti-RAPSN Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Rapsyn, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–353 of human RAPSN (NP_116034.2). The target has a molecular weight of 43 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
