Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets RAPH1 and is supplied unconjugated. Validated for Western blotting (WB), the reagent reacts with Human and Rat samples and is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human RAPH1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of RAPH1 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and its purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 135 kDa.
