Polyclonal antibodies targeting the RAPH1 protein, raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, are validated for Western blot detection of endogenous RAPH1 in human and rat samples. RAPH1, also known as Lamellipodin, is a Ras-associated and pleckstrin homology domain-containing scaffold that localizes to the leading-edge membrane, recruits Ena/VASP family proteins, and drives actin-based protrusion during cell migration.
Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, a formulation that supports storage at -20°C and protects against freeze-thaw damage. The unconjugated preparation can be paired with HRP, fluorophore, or biotin secondary reagents and is used by laboratories investigating integrin signaling, focal adhesion turnover, cytoskeletal remodeling, and metastatic cell motility.
