Anti-RAPGEF3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RAPGEF3, supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 799-844 of Human RAPGEF3 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the RAPGEF3 protein.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a stated molecular weight of approximately 99 kDa. Public proteomics resources indicate that RAPGEF3 displays low tissue specificity and is localised to the endoplasmic reticulum and cytosol, with a predicted intracellular distribution.
