Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting RANTES, offered by Antibodies.com for use in Western blotting and immunohistochemistry workflows. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for reactivity with human and mouse samples.
Produced using recombinant full-length human RANTES as the immunogen, this polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of RANTES protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 10 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
