Anti-RanBP9 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-RanBP9 antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent that recognizes endogenous Ran-binding protein 9 (also called RANBP9 or BPM90), a ~78 kDa scaffolding adaptor involved in EGF receptor trafficking, integrin signaling, and APP processing. Raised in rabbit and purified as an IgG, this unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and has been validated for western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue sections. It cross-reacts with human, monkey, mouse, rat, and canine samples, supporting a broad set of cell biology and neuroscience workflows. Store at -20°C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and centrifuge briefly before opening the vial.
