Anti-RanBP2 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-RanBP2 polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied as a liquid reagent in a 100 µl vial, unconjugated and formulated in a buffer appropriate for western blot (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. It detects endogenous RanBP2 (also known as Nup358), a ~358 kDa component of the nuclear pore complex that functions as a SUMO E3 ligase, drives nucleocytoplasmic transport of SUMO-conjugated RanGAP1, and anchors kinetochores and microtubules during mitosis. Cross-reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, the antibody works in lysates from cultured mammalian cells and in fixed tissue sections. For best results, store aliquots frozen at -20°C, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light when handling the working dilution.
