Description
This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 170–200 of human RAN. Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, it is unconjugated and validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of RAN protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 26 kDa. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
