Ran-binding protein 1 is a small Ran GTPase-binding partner that acts as a co-activator in the Ran-dependent nuclear transport pathway, accelerating GTP hydrolysis on Ran and supporting spindle microtubule organization during mitosis. This Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the human target and is supplied as an unconjugated, 100 µl liquid aliquot, suitable for western blot and immunofluorescence workflows. The antibody is validated for reactivity with human samples and is commonly used to probe nucleocytoplasmic trafficking, mitotic checkpoint signaling, and RanBP1-associated complexes in cell biology research. Researchers working on importin-mediated transport, kinetochore function, or centrosome maturation can employ this reagent to detect endogenous RanBP1 in lysates and fixed cells.
