Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against recombinant human RAN and validated for the detection of endogenous total RAN protein. It is supplied in a 50 µl format at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated for downstream flexibility. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is recommended for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. For stability, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. As a polyclonal reagent it provides broad epitope coverage, and affinity purification using the immunogen has been used to enrich the antibody fraction prior to formulation. Pricing is set at 2030.0 SAR through the catalogue supplier AFMS, and the reagent is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
