Anti-RAN Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets RAN. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, Rat and Monkey samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–216 of human Ran (NP_006316.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 24 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and was purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C and upon receipt should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
