Anti-RALBP1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RALBP1, validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The unconjugated IgG antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been KO validated, with two scientific validation images supporting its use.

The reagent was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 396–655 of human RALBP1 (NP_006779.1) and is affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific.

For Western blot, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
