Anti-RAIDD Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets RAIDD (also known as CRADD, caspase and RIP adapter with death domain) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The product is provided as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and is reactive against human, mouse, and rat samples. RAIDD pAb detects endogenous levels of RAIDD protein, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human RAIDD), achieving >95% purity by SDS-PAGE.
