Anti-RAIDD Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG is raised against the RAIDD adaptor protein (also called CRADD), a bifunctional scaffold that contains a caspase-recruitment domain (CARD) and a death domain (DD). RAIDD bridges death-receptor signals to initiator caspase-2 within the TNF-R1 signaling complex, making this reagent useful for studies of programmed cell death, genotoxic stress responses, and inflammatory apoptosis pathways.

Validated for Western blot across human, mouse, and rat samples, the unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The cryoprotective glycerol blend allows direct dilution into SDS-PAGE sample buffer and short-term handling at 4 °C; for long-term storage, keep at -20 °C and aliquot on first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
