Anti-Raftlin Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Raftlin, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated antibody is raised in Rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Raftlin pAb detects endogenous levels of Raftlin protein. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 475–520 of Human Raftlin, and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein Raftlin has a molecular weight of approximately 63 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
