The Antibodies.com Anti-Raftlin Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Raftlin (RFTN1), a palmitoylated transmembrane protein that localizes to cholesterol-enriched lipid raft microdomains and contributes to B-cell receptor signaling and membrane trafficking. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody is validated for western blot (WB) on samples from human, mouse, and rat origin, making it a useful tool for studying raft-associated signaling pathways, lymphocyte activation, and lipid raft biology.

Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody, sufficient for multiple blotting experiments. Sodium azide is included as a preservative, so the reagent is not appropriate for use with live cell assays but is well suited to standard western blot workflows. For long-term stability, store at 4°C for short-term use; for extended storage, aliquot and freeze to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Researchers investigating Raftlin involvement in B-cell development, immune synapse formation, or raft-mediated endocytosis will find this polyclonal antibody a practical addition to their antibody panel, intended for research use only.
