Anti-RAF1 (phospho S621) Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody detects RAF1 — the Raf-1 proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase — when phosphorylated at serine 621. It is raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding S621 of the human phospho-Raf1 protein (NP_002871.1) and is affinity purified in unconjugated form.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration. The target protein migrates at a reported molecular weight of 73 kDa. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) on human samples, and is accompanied by two scientific validation images. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
