Anti-RAF1 (phospho S338) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets RAF1 phosphorylated at serine 338. It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S338 of human RAF1 (NCBI GenBank accession NP_002871.1). The antibody is affinity purified and validated for Western Blot (WB), with a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The target protein RAF1 has a reported molecular weight of 73 kDa.

Reactivity is reported for human, mouse, and rat samples. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
