Anti-RAF1 (phospho S259) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated IgG primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around serine 259 of human Phospho-Raf1-S259. The antibody targets RAF1 (phospho S259) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with confirmed reactivity in Human and Mouse samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 73 kDa.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IP 1:50–1:100.

The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
