Anti-RAF1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Raf1 and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence workflows. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 190–350 of human Raf1 (NP_002871.1). It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified. The reported molecular weight is 73 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Vials are shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
