Anti-Raf1 Antibody [863]

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a Mouse monoclonal (863) antibody to Raf1, this lyophilised primary reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and reacts with Human samples. It specifically recognises the Raf-1 N-terminal region (residues 1–240 a.a.) and was generated using purified recombinant Raf-1 as immunogen, with the Sp2/0-Ag14 cell line as the epitope host. Purification is carried out by Protein G affinity chromatography and the product is formulated lyophilised in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. Users reconstitute with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
