Anti-Raf1 Antibody [540]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal reagent (clone 540) is raised against Raf1 using purified recombinant Raf-1 as the immunogen, and it specifically recognises the Raf-1 N-terminal region (1-240 a. a.) (S1).

Supplied unconjugated in lyophilised form and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, the antibody is of the IgG1 isotype. It is formulated from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2 and is reconstituted with double distilled water, with concentration being reconstitution dependent. The reported epitope is Sp2/0-Ag14. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided (S1).

Validated for Western blotting (WB) and reactive with Human samples, this primary antibody targets Raf1 (S1, C0).
