Anti-Raf1 Antibody [410]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 410) is raised against Raf1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG1 reagent reacts with Human samples, as listed in the product specification.

According to the manufacturer's datasheet, the antibody was generated using purified recombinant Raf-1 as the immunogen and recognises the Raf-1 N-terminal region (1-240 a. a.). It is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2 and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Concentration is reconstitution dependent, and the product should be reconstituted with double distilled water. It is dispatched at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
