Anti-Raf1 Antibody [163]

This mouse monoclonal antibody [163], supplied by Antibodies.com, targets Raf1 and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. It is raised in mouse, of the IgG2b isotype, and is provided unconjugated. The antibody reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is purified recombinant Raf-1, and the antibody recognises the Raf-1 N-terminal region (1–240 a. a.). It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and is produced using the Sp2/0-Ag14 cell line.

The product is supplied lyophilised, formulated from a 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.2. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution is carried out using double-distilled water.
