Anti-Raf1 (Ab-338) Antibody

Sourced through Antibodies.com and manufactured for research laboratories tracking the MAPK/ERK cascade, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the Raf1 protein kinase around the residue cluster Ab-338 (the immunogen corresponds to amino acids 336–340, R-D-S-S-Y of human RAF). The antibody is raised in rabbit, purified by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1.0 mg/mL. Each vial contains 50 µL of antibody formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺/Ca²⁺) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is recommended for Western blotting (expected band near 73 kDa, dilution range 1:500–1:1000) and for immunohistochemistry (typically 1:50–1:200), and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, detecting the endogenous total Raf1 protein in cell and tissue lysates.
