Anti-Raf-B (phospho-S445) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Raf-B phosphorylated at Serine 445. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Raf-B around the phosphorylation site of Serine 445. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Raf-B protein only when phosphorylated at Ser445. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 86 kDa.
