Anti-Raf-B (F594) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of Raf-B. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 560-610 of human Raf-B and is reported to detect endogenous levels of B-Raf protein.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target has a molecular weight of approximately 86 kDa. Validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with two scientific validation images available.
