Anti-Raf-B Antibody

This mouse monoclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets Raf-B (BRAF), a serine/threonine kinase positioned upstream of the MAPK/ERK signaling cascade and frequently studied for its role in cell proliferation and oncogenic transformation. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated, purified IgG and has been validated for Western blot detection of endogenous BRAF in human and mouse sample lysates.
