Anti-Raf-1 (S291) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Raf-1 and recognises the S291 epitope. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and is unconjugated.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 261–310 of human Raf-1 as immunogen, and the pAb detects endogenous levels of Raf-1 protein. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 73 kDa.
