Anti-Raf-1 (phospho-S621) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting Raf-1 phosphorylated at serine 621. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human samples.

Specificity is directed against endogenous Raf-1 only when phosphorylated at Ser621, using a synthetic phosphopeptide immunogen derived from human Raf-1 around the phosphorylation site. The antibody is affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and reaches a purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE). It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of ~73 kDa, and the product is supported by 2 scientific validation images.
