Anti-Raf-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Raf-1 (also known as C-RAF, cRaf, or RAF proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase) and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of the total Raf-1 protein. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and it has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by antigen-specific affinity chromatography to a purity of approximately 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA workflows, with a recommended WB dilution range of 1:500–1:1000, and it has been verified to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein migrates at approximately 73 kDa, and the antibody should be shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
