Radixin is a member of the ezrin-radixin-moesin (ERM) family of cytoskeletal proteins that anchors the actin cytoskeleton to the plasma membrane and contributes to cell shape, adhesion, and microvilli formation. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against radixin and supports Western blot and ELISA workflows.
Supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum, the antibody is reactive against human, mouse, and rat samples, making it appropriate for cross-species expression studies and translational research. Investigators apply it to characterize epithelial polarity, tight junction assembly, neuronal membrane specializations, and cytoskeletal remodeling in immune cells.
Because the antibody is unconjugated, it can be paired with HRP, fluorescent, or biotinylated secondary reagents to match a chosen detection method. Aliquot upon receipt and store refrigerated to preserve activity across multiple experiments.
