Anti-RAD9A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal reagent raised against RAD9A (RAD9 checkpoint clamp component A), the cell-cycle checkpoint protein encoded by the human RAD9A gene. It is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot of purified mouse monoclonal in a buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl), 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated, with an estimated purity greater than 95%. The antibody detects endogenous levels of RAD9A and does not cross-react with related proteins, and it is validated for Western blotting (recommended at 1:500) and Immunoprecipitation (IP). The isotype is IgG2b, the host is mouse, and the clonality is monoclonal, while reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse, Rat and Monkey samples, consistent with the broad cross-species utility of this clone.
