Anti-RAD9A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to RAD9A, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies portfolio. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG raised in rabbit and, according to the manufacturer's specification sheet, is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity is reported for human and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 162–391 of human RAD9A (NP_004575.1), and the target protein has a stated molecular weight of 60 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
