Anti-Rad9 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody targets the Rad9 cell-cycle checkpoint protein, a key component of the DNA damage response pathway. Rad9 forms part of the heterotrimeric 9-1-1 complex (with Rad1 and Hus1) that loads onto chromatin at sites of replication stress or DNA damage, where it acts as a sliding clamp and activates ATR-mediated checkpoint signaling. The antibody is raised in Rabbit and validated for Western Blot and Immunofluorescence applications on Human samples.
