Anti-Rad52 (phospho-Y104) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Rad52 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 104. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Rad52 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 104, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Rad52 protein when phosphorylated at Tyr104.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa.
