Anti-RAD52 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the DNA repair protein RAD52 homolog and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide of human RAD52 and, after affinity purification on the immunogen, detects endogenous levels of total RAD52 protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with published WB images obtained from extracts of multiple cell lines and IHC data demonstrated on paraffin-embedded human lung tissue. The polyclonal host species is Rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For routine handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles strictly avoided to preserve performance.
